Delia was set up in 1992 as the fourth Albanian construction company. In 1998, Delia 1 was established in Tirana and in 2002 the two companies merged under the Delia Group name.
The company largely focuses on civil engineering construction. The firm is active in the construction and reconstruction of roads and highways, public buildings and construction of water and irrigation systems. Among the company`s construction projects are Lac-Mamurras, Vore-Sukth and Rubik-Rreshen highways.
Delia Group is also specialized in the manufacture of building materials like concrete, asphalt and cement. It operates a concrete production plant with a capacity of 90 cubic meters per hour and an asphalt production facility with a capacity of 120 tonnes daily.
February 2008, Delia Group and Italian Brulli Energia signed a joint venture agreement for the development of energy generation and transmission projects in Albania.
The construction activity of the company brings a turnover of USD 7 million per year.
