Compania Hotelera Argentina is an Argentinean enterprise engaged in the exploitation of real estate properties. It operates motels and various classes of hotels around the country. In September 2005, the Company signed a ten-year rental contract with Hotel Continental S.A., granting it rights to operate a five-star hotel. The hotel began its operation on February 24, 2006. Recently, the company´s right to operate the hotel has been renewed.
