Its major shareholder is Compañía Inversora en Transmisión Eléctrica Citelec S.A., which is jointly controlled by Pampa Energía S.A. (Argentina’s largest private electricity producer) and IEASA (Integración Energética Argentina S.A.), a state-owned enterprise.
