Postanska Stedionica AD was established in 1992 as a bank operating under the control of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Serb Republic in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was transformed into a joint-stock company in 1998.
In July 2009 the government of the Serb Republic launched a procedure for the liquidation of the bank.
