The Company was formerly known as Global Online Services Limited was incorporated and commenced its business in Bangladesh under the Companies Act 1994, on 10 January, 2001 vide registration No. C- 42228(1587)/2001 as a Private Limited Company by shares.
The Company changed its name from Global Online Services Limited to Aamra Networks Limited on December 31, 2007. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company by shares on May 08, 2013.
The Company was listed on DSE and CSE in 2017 with trading symbol AAMRANET .
The Company has changed its year-end from 31 December to 30 June in 2016.
