History:
1968: The Company was established as the subsidiary of Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) in East Pakistan in 1968.
1973:The Company has been incorporated in Bangladesh on 24 January, 1973 after independence as ICI Bangladesh Manufacturers Limited and also as a Public Limited Company.
1976:The Company was listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange on 28 December, 1976.
1992:The Company changed its name from ICI Bangladesh Manufacturers Limited to Advanced Chemical Industries Limited on 5 May , 1992.
1995:The Company was listed on Chittagong Stock Exchange on 22 October, 1995.
2016:The Company changed its fiscal year from December 31 to June 30.
2024: The Company changed name from Advanced chemical industries limited to Advanced chemical industries plc on 31 December 2024.
