The Company was incorporated on 04 November, 1995 as a Private Company limited by shares registered under the Companies Act, 1994 vide registration No. 29635(923)195.
The Company was converted into a Public Company limited by shares on 28 August, 2002.
The Company was listed on both Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) in 2003 and on Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) on 6 November 2003.
