History
2012 : The Company was incorporated in Bangladesh on 22 May, 2012 under the Companies Act, 1994 vide registration no. C – 101900/12 as a Private Company limited by shares.
The Company commenced its commercial operation on 01 July 2012.
2016 :The company has converted into a Public Company Limited by shares on 15th September 2016.
2019 : The Company listed on Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange on 7 January 2019.
2024 : The Company changed it s name from Genex Infosys Limited to Genex Infosys PLC on 2 June 2024.
