History:
2002:The Company was incorporated in Bangladesh on August 27, 2002 under the Companies Act, 1994 vide registration no. C – 46888 as a Private Limited Company by shares.
2011: It commenced its commercial operation on 01 January 2005. Subsequently, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company on August 18 , 2011.
2015:The Company on June 08, 2015 on Dhaka Stock Exchange and Chittagong Stock Exchange on May 21, 2015 .
2016:The Company has changed its year end from December 31 to June 30.
