The Company was created in 2005 on the occasion of the launch of the activities of the ALINK WEST AFRICA group in Burkina Faso, under the name Alink Telecom Faso SA . In 2018, at the initiative of a change of name and visual identity of the group, Alink Telecom Faso SA became SANCFIS FASO SA.
The Company is a company specializing in telecommunications based in Burkina Faso.
The Company s purpose, either on its own behalf,or on behalf of third parties or in partnership with third parties directly or indirectly in BurkinaFaso:
- The design, manufacture, establishment, development, operation, maintenance,marketing of any equipment, wired and/or wireless telephone network system,and more generally of any mode of communication, as well as interconnections betweennetworks;
- The provision of all telecommunications services, as well as all ancillary,complementary or related services;
- All consulting and engineering activities in the field of telecommunications;
The Company s shares will be subject to a request for admission to trading on the third compartment of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM).
