Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company Bulgaria is an affiliate of Greek bottler Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC). The company was established in 2003 as a result of the merger of all bottling and distributing enterprises operating under Coca Cola HBC in Bulgaria. Bulgaria was the first east European country to start producing Coca-Cola locally in 1965.
Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria manages three bottling plants located in Sofia, Kostinbrod and Targovishte, and it has ten sales and distribution centres around the country.
In May 2004, Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria won a 20-year concession on a mineral water spring with an annual outflow of 10,000 cubic metres in Bankya.
