Zlatni Pyasatsi (Golden Sands) AD operates several hotels, restaurants, bars and other real estates located at the Golden Sands resort, which is located on Bulgaria's northern Black Sea coast. It was established as a joint-stock company in 1993. The main business activity of the entity is accommodation.
In April 2000, Bulgarian authorities sold a 76% stake in the resort for USD 96.2 million to a consortium which included Germany's Condor & Neckermann Touristic AG, Zlatni AD - a company formed by some of the resort's managers, and the Bulgarian firm Agrima.
Together with its subsidiaries, Golden Sands AD operates in the following areas - tourism, construction, infrastructure and rental services, supply and distribution of electricity and water supply on the territory of the resort.
