The company's principal activity is to provide heating invoicing services for the owners of real estate properties to their tenants.
In addition, the firm rents and sells heating measuring and recording instruments, as well as metres to real estate owners.
Techem Services serviced some 288,000 apartments in Bulgaria at the end of 2005, claiming 52% of the market.
