Trace Group Hold was established in 2004 as a 100% private company. In 2005 local Trace Group was restructured as a subsidiary of Trace Group Hold and was renamed into Construction company Trace. Trace Group was set up in 2003 as a holding structure, comprising 14 companies, including local PSI, former Patstroyengineering. The latter was initially incorporated in 1883 and was privatised in 1997.
Trace Group Hold’s main activities include rehabilitation, reconstruction and construction of roads, highways, airports, underground stations and railways, ground railroads and facilities, urban infrastructure. The company also participates in the building of water supplying and gas distributing networks, waste water treatment plants. Trace Group Hold incorporates companies developing thier activities in Bulgaria, Serbia and The Czech Republic.
