The company owns and manages the Sofia five-star Hotel Marinela, situated at the foothills of Vitosha Mountain. The hotel, previously known as Kempinski Hotel Zografski, is built on 30,000 sq.m. and is one of the largest in Sofia.
From 1979 till 1991 Hotel Vitosha New Otani was the only member of the New Otani International Hotels in Europe. Since 1991 up to 1993 it was an independent Hotel Vitosha Sofia and since 1993 till 1995- a Summit International Hotel. After 1995 this hotel was a part of the Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts, and from 1996 to 1997- an International Zografski Hotel.
In end-2014 the company is acquired by Vetko Arabadziev-owned Victoria Group VM .
