Gomel Meat Plant began its history in 1896. Gomel Meat Plant OAO is one of the largest meat-processing plants in the Republic of Belarus, equipped with high-tech equipment. Main activity categories of the enterprise include: production of meat, by-products, cooked meats and semi-finished meat products; production of edible rendered fats, technical production of meat feedstock; wholesale and retail trade. Monitoring the safety and quality of the products is carried out of the research laboratory and radiological laboratories that are accredited by the accreditation system in the Republic of Belarus on the STB ISO / IEC 17025-2001. A significant part of the production is sold over the private network of retail trade and catering, which includes 25 points of sale.
