Patagonia Sudameris Bank, resultant entity of this fusing, has as shareholding the Intesa Sanpaolo and the original shareholders of the Patagonia Bank. The company is the continuation of the Argentine Mercantile Bank, that originally was constituted as a cooperative in accordance with the laws of Argentina in 23 December 1923.
