All of the Group s revenue for the years ended February 28, 2021, 2022 and 2023 were generated from the PRC. As of February 28, 2022 and 2023, substantially all of the long-lived assets of the Group are located in the PRC, and no geographical information is presented.
HISTORY
2014: The Company was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on June 9, 2014.
On December 29, 2014, the Company established a wholly-owned foreign invested subsidiary, Shanghai Fuxi Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd
2017: The Company s common stock is listing on New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “FEDU on November 8, 2017
2021: On July 24, 2021, the General Office of State Council and the General Office of Central Committee of the Communist Party of China jointly promulgated the Opinions on Further Alleviating the Burden of Homework and After-School Tutoring for Students in Compulsory Education
2023: As of February 28, 2023 it had two learning centers in two cities in China.
