The Company is primarily engaged in sales of electronic component products to customers in Hong Kong and mainland China through its B2B e-commerce platform.
These products are primarily used by China based small and medium-sized enterprises ( SMEs ) in the consumer electronic industry, Internet of Things ( IoT ), automotive electronics and industry control segments. By utilizing latest technologies, the Company s platform collects, optimizes and presents product offering information from suppliers of all sizes, all transparent and available to its SME customers to compare and select. In addition to the sales of electronic component products, the Company also provides services to customers such as temporary warehousing, logistic and shipping, and customs clearance.

2015 The Company formerly known as Horizon Business Intelligence Co., Limited, was incorporated as an exempted company with limited liability under the laws of Cayman Islands on June 18, 2015
2018 The Company changed to its current name on May 15, 2018.
2012 - 2020 The Company owns 100 equity interest of the following four companies that incorporated in accordance with the laws and regulations in Hong Kong: Iczoom Electronics Limited, an entity incorporated on May 22, 2012, Ehub Electronics Limited , an entity incorporated on September 13, 2012, Hjet Industrial Corporation Limited, an entity incorporated on August 6, 2013, Components Zone International Limited, an entity incorporated on May 19, 2020.
2023 the Company Class A Ordinary Shares began trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market on March 15, 2023 under the ticker symbol “IZM.”
