Ji Yao Holding Group Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise located in Tonghua, Jilin Province. It was established in 2008 and is one of the earliest companies in China to produce precipitated silica. It is also the only designated producer of precipitated silica for national defense chemical industry. The company has made significant contributions to national defense chemical engineering and manned spacecraft projects, receiving commendations from the Communist Party of China Central Committee, the State Council, the Central Military Commission, and the National Defense Science and Technology Commission. The company's 36-5 precipitated silica was used in manned spacecraft missions, achieving great success and receiving congratulations from China Aerospace Science and Technology Group. The company's Snowball brand series of precipitated silica has more than 20 models and is known for its leading product quality in the domestic market, meeting various customer demands. The company's TM precipitated silica has won the third prize of national scientific and technological progress, and TMG precipitated silica has won the third prize of provincial scientific and technological progress. On August 29, 2017, the company changed its name from "Tonghua Shuanglong Chemical Co., Ltd." to "Ji Yao Holding Co., Ltd." On May 8, 2018, the company changed its name to "Ji Yao Holding Group Co., Ltd."
