The Company is a new energy asset operation service provider, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technology to achieve intelligent matching of electric vehicle charging supply and demand.
The Company provide convenient, efficient and smart charging services for electric vehicle owners, while helping charging station operators to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Its solutions benefit related stakeholders along the industry value chain such as charging station operators, auto OEMs, and end-users in the following ways:
- Charging Services. The Company provide an integrated set of charging services to charging stations that mainly includes mobility connectivity services. It offer effective mobility connectivity services through Kuaidian, its partnered platform operated by a third-party service provider. Kuaidian boosts the visibility of charging stations and charging piles and connects end-users with suitable charging infrastructure. It offer full station operation services and deliver charging services at charging stations that are operated under this model. The Company also provide other online solutions, including software as a service or SaaS products that digitalize and upgrade key aspects of the operations and the management of charging stations.
- Energy Solutions. The Company offer integrated solutions covering the planning, deployment, and operational optimization of EV charging for energy asset owners. Its solutions mainly include site selection, hardware procurement, EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction), station maintenance and upgrade, customer support and more.
- New Initiatives. The Company deliver electricity procurement, non-charging and other services that aim to enhance the efficiency and profitability of energy assets.
HISTORY
2013 The Company is a limited company incorporated in the Cayman Islands under the laws of Cayman Islands on July 16, 2013.
On September 30, 2013, the Company acquired from certain third-party sellers a junior English Language Training.
2017 The Company s common stocks was traded on NASDAQ Global Market since October 20, 2017 under the symbol “REDU.” and renamed as RISE Education Cayman Ltd in June 2017.
2022 On June 10, 2022, the Company completed the merger with Dada Auto. The name of the Company was changed to “NaaS Technology Inc.” and its ticker to “NAAS”.
2023 On June 20, 2023, the Company acquired a 89.999 interest in Sinopower Holdings International Co. Limited (“Sinopower”).
