2017 The Company s common stock start trading on the NASDAQ under the symbol PETZ on September 21, 2017.
2018 On September 20, 2018, the Company acquisitions by the Company of TDH Group BVBA.
2020 On August 24, 2020, The Company acquired 100 equity interests of TDH Foods Limited. In December 2020, The Company acquired remaining 1 equity interest of TDH Petfood LLC.
2021 On October 31, 2021, the Company completed the acquisition of 51 equity interests of Far Ling's Inc. and 100 equity interests of Bo Ling's Chinese Restaurant, Inc.
