HISTORY
2018 The Company was founded in 2018 and was incorporated in the Cayman Islands.
2019 The Company s units began to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market, or Nasdaq, under the symbol “ORSNU” on August 2, 2019. The common stock, warrants and rights comprising the units began separate trading on Nasdaq on November 7, 2019, under the symbols “ORSN”, “ORSNW” and “ORSNR”, respectively.
2020 On November 17, 2020, The Company consummated a business combination pursuant to a merger agreement with Ucommune International Ltd. and certain other parties. Upon completion of the Business Combination, the combined company, or Ucommune International Ltd, remains as the surviving publicly traded entity. Following the business combination, Ucommune Group Holdings became a wholly owned subsidiary of Ucommune International Ltd. Starting from November 17, 2020, the Class A ordinary shares of the Parent are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “UK” and the Prior Warrants of the Parent, are listed on Nasdaq under the symbol “UKOMW.”
