2014 In July 2014, the Company incorporated Huami (Beijing) Information Technology Co., Ltd., or Beijing Huami, to expand its operation.
In December 2014, the Company incorporated Huami Corporation in Cayman Islands.
2018 The Company s ADSs commenced trading on the NYSE under the symbol “HMI” on February 8, 2018.
2021 The Company acquired 29.99 of the total outstanding shares of Jiangsu Yitong in February 2021.
Effective February 25, 2021, the Company changed its corporate name to “Zepp Health Corporation,” and its trading symbol at the New York Stock Exchange from “HMI” to “ZEPP.”
