Caja de Compensacion Familiar de Boyaca - COMFABOY is a company located in Tunja, Colombia. It was incorporated on April 13, 1961, when 21 businessmen gathered in the Municipal Council to establish the Family Compensation Fund of the Department. The minutes of this meeting were registered at the First Notary Office of Tunja, through Deed No. 1259 of September 1961. However, August 17, 1961, is considered the official birth date of the corporation, as it received legal recognition from the Department's Government through Legal Personality No. 428. Initially, COMFABOY operated from two offices on the third floor of the Fonseca Building. The Director, the Secretary who also acted as the Accountant, and a Messenger worked in these offices.
