Compania Colombiana de Tabaco S.A.S. (Coltabaco) is the affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI) in Colombia. It was established in 1919 and became part of PMI in 2005. The company is the largest tobacco company in Colombia and the only producer of cigarettes nationwide. Coltabaco buys more than 51% percent of Colombian tobacco production, has a dewatering plant in Barranquilla, presence in 31 cities, and a production plant in Medellin.
