Conjunto Clinico Nacional Conclina C.A. (Metropolitan Hospital) was established in 1979 in Quito, Ecuador. It is primarily engaged in the establishment of hospitals, clinics and health centres for the provision of different types of medical services. The economic entity provides a wide range of services: diagnostics, therapeutic support, checkups as well as it has a number of specialised clinics, providing support in different spheres of the medicine. It is the most complete and modern hospital medical complex in the country having an infrastructure with international standards and the most advanced technology. Conclina C.A. is the only hospital in Ecuador with an international accreditation from the Joint Commission International (JCI). The company is the holding entity of Metromed, Metrofraternidad and Medicina para el Ecuador Medi Ecuador – Humana S.A.
