Aktsiaselts Skinest Rail (Estonia)

Skinest Rail is a group of railway companies of Estonian origin that offers its services through local subsidiaries Skinest Rail Polska, Skinest Rail Balkan, Skinest Ukraina, Skinest Georgia, Skinest Baltija, Skinest Latvija, Skinest Spb and DLRR. The sole shareholder in AS Skinest Rail is Skinest Grupp.
AS Skinest Rail launched its activities in 1997 and is one of the largest railway groups in the Baltics. In December 2005, AS Skinest Grupp was founded; it holds 100% of the shares of AS Skinest Rail. The group deals primarily with sales of rolling stock and spare parts, as well as railway construction and rolling stock repairs in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Russia.
Skinest Rail’s primary areas of activity are:

production and sales of rolling stock;
production and sales of spare parts for rolling stock;
repair and lease of rolling stock, shunting work;
railway construction, repair;
and sale of superstructure materials.
