Elkop Estonia SE is a company located in Talin, Estonia, the entity was previosly located in Plock, Poland but changed their registration in January 2025. The company specializes in the purchase of commercial real estate and the rental of office, production, and commercial spaces. Its main sources of revenue come from renting out these spaces in Plock, Chorzow, Elblag, and Poznan which are located in Poland. Elkop has been operating in the Polish market for over 70 years. Its history dates back to 1950 when the Electrical Works Team was separated from the Coal Construction sector and became the foundation of the Electrical Assembly Enterprise of the Coal Industry (ELMONT) in Chorzow in 1963. After 19 years, the company changed its name to PEPW ELKOP. Initially, the company focused on specialized electrical assembly work in heavy industry, as well as construction and industrial services. In the early 1990s, the company made significant adjustments to adapt to the new market economy conditions. In 1995, it was transformed into a state-owned company and became a joint-stock company. In 2001, Elkop debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, demonstrating transparency and stability in its operations. A significant milestone for the company's development was the start of its activities in the residential construction sector in 2007, which led to the realization of single-family housing estates in Katowice and helped diversify its sources of revenue. However, the company's involvement in the residential construction sector was episodic and has since been concluded.
