Henkel Balti was established in Tartu, Estonia in 1996 as Loctite Balti. Following the acquisition of Loctite, Henkel focused on the sale and development of its adhesives business in the three Baltic States. The top brands are Ceresit, Loctite, Makroflex and Moment. In 2003, Henkel acquired the Makroflex Estonia manufacturing plant, which is now responsible for the production of polyurethane foams and sealants.
