The Company is mainly engaged in cotton, seed, and edibles farming and trading; manufacture of fertilizers and pesticides; manufacture and trade in natural and artificial fibers and yarns; purchase, lease and management of agricultural land; and investment in the companies operating within the same sector.

ACGC is restructuring into a holding company specialized in textiles and with a plan to expand across the textiles industry through organic growth, partnerships and acquisitions, while maximizing the value of its property portfolio.
Through the expansion of its Textiles Arm both horizontally, through additional capacity, and vertically, through product diversification, ACGC aims to grow its business locally and internationally within the next three years to reach over USD 500 million in turnover.
ACGC is Real Estate Arm is to leverage the unique and prime location of its real estate assets outside the Greater Cairo area, capitalizing on the new wave of demand resulting from changes in lifestyles in Egypt; providing residential, commercial and mixed used developments, with a constant eye on strong community relations and integrity.

1963:The Company was incorporated on Jan 1 , 1963 in accordance to the Law No.159/1981.
1995:The Company was listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on July 8, 1995.
