In March, 2007 Grand capital was established as a joint stock company in accordance to the provisions of law 95 for year 1992.
The purpose of the company is to participate in establishing companies that issue securities or increase their capitals. Moreover Grand Capital works as Custodian and Central Depository in accordance to the provisions of law 93 for year 2000. It was listed on Cairo and Alexandria Stock Exchange on 19/08/2009.
