The Company is mainly engaged in tourism investment activities.
The Company constructs, buys, sells and manages hotels, holiday resorts, restaurants, bars, casinos and entertainment centers. It is also involved in contracting services for the exploitation of beaches, Nile ports, diving clubs, parks, and a range of aquatic activities across Egypt. Its portfolio of investments in hotels includes Nile Ritz-Carlton, Hilton Dahab, and Aton Motels.
History:
1955: The Company has been established as an Egyptian Joint Stock Company under the decree of the Prime Minister issued on June 20, 1955 and published in the Egyptian newspaper (Al-wakaaee Al-masreya), in accordance with the Companies Law No. 26 for the year 1954.
1994 :The Company was listed on the Egyptian Exchange on November 15, 1994.
