North Cairo Four Mills (NCFM) is an Egyptian shareholding company, headquartered in Al Salam City. It was incorporated in 1967 and it has been listed since 1995. The company was established for the purpose of manufacturing, processing, packaging, and trading different types of grains, grain derivatives and substitutes. NCFM's product line consists of four divisions:wheat flour (which includes strong bakers’ flour, biscuit flour, cake flour, all purpose flour and flour produced); pasta products (which offers such brands as Mina Cairo and Molino Pasta, Pronto and Regime); bakery products (including bread, pizza (frozen and fresh), candies, cookies, crackers, cakes and pies); flour milling by-products.
