Phoenix Healthcare Group is the largest private hospital group in China. All of their in-network healthcare institutions, comprising large-scale general hospitals and community clinics, are located in Beijing. It owns the majority equity interest in Jian Gong Hospital and manage the following hospitals under the IOT (“invest-operate-transfer”) model: Yan Hua Hospital, Mentougou Hospital, Jing Mei Hospital and Mentougou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as well as seven Grade I hospitals and 28 community clinics. They altogether provide a full sprectum of general healthcare services from community healthcare services, preventive care to acute care. As of June 30, 2013, they had a total of 3,213 beds in operation.
