Honbridge Holdings Limited is a company located in Hong Kong. It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's GEM market on January 8, 2002, with magazine publishing as its main business. In October 16, 2007, Hongqiao Capital Limited became the new controlling shareholder of the company through the subscription of new shares and convertible bonds issued by the company, and the company's name was changed to "Hongqiao Group Limited". Later, Fortune Global 500 companies Geely Holding Group and Shagang Group were introduced as important shareholders. On January 16, 2023, Li Shufu, the founder of Geely Holding Group, acquired a majority of the shares held by He Xuechu, the founder of Hongqiao Capital, through his wholly-owned subsidiary Geely Group, becoming the controlling shareholder and the largest single shareholder of Hongqiao Group. The company entered the lithium-ion power battery field in 2014 and currently operates a power battery production enterprise in Jinhua, Zhejiang. In addition to supplying some brands under Geely Holding Group, the company also supplies other electric vehicle manufacturers. The company also operates a battery swapping business for electric motorcycles based in Jiaxing, Zhejiang.
