2017 - The Company units began to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market, or Nasdaq, under the symbol “CMSSU” on October 26. The ordinary shares, warrants and rights comprising the units began separate trading on Nasdaq on November 6, 2017, under the symbols “CMSS”, “CMSSW” and “CMSSR”, respectively.
2019 - On April 30, the Company consummated the SPAC Transaction pursuant to the Share Exchange Agreement, where the Company acquired 100 of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares of Kaixin Auto Group.
2021 - On June 25, completed a business combination with Haitaoche Limited
The Company s ordinary shares are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “KXIN”.
2023 - Effective on April 25,the Company engaged Onestop Assurance PAC ( Onestop ), as our independent registered public accounting firm. The Company also dismissed Marcum Asia CPAs LLP ( Marcum Asia ) on the same date. The change of the Company s independent registered public accounting firm was approved by the audit committee of the Company s board.
