UKF Holdings Limited is principally engaged in the trading of fur skins of foxes and minks. Fur skins traded by the Group are mainly purchased from FFS and KF (the “Auction Houses”), which are Independent Third Parties in Finland and Denmark respectively, through UKF and occasionally through other fur skin bidders. Then furs are delivered to ports, warehouses or fur skin processing factories as specified by the customers. The Group’s primary customers include fur distributors, fur trading companies or buying agents, fur garment manufacturers and fur garment retailers mainly located in PRC, Hong Kong and Russia.
