The Company is an established one-stop printing service provider which principally provides printing services in Hong Kong and the PRC.
The Company offers a wide range of printed products such as (i) book products, which mainly include children's books, educational books, art books, notebooks, diaries, and journals; and (ii) novelty and packaging products, which mainly include handcraft products, book sets, pop-up books, stationery products, products with assembly parts and other specialized products, shopping bags, and package boxes. The Company s customers principally comprise of book traders located in Hong Kong whose clients are located around the world, mainly in the U.S. and Europe.

HISTORY
1993 The Company was founded in 1993 and is based in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
1997 In March 1997, it was established under the laws of Hong Kong to engage in the provision of commercial printing services. The entire equity interest of Samfine HK was held by Mr. Cheng prior to the Group Reorganization.
2000 As a part of a reorganization taken place in 2000, Samfine HK acquired the entire issued share capital of Samfine SZ. Accordingly, Samfine SZ became a directly wholly owned subsidiary of Samfine HK.
2021 In April 2021, it's wholly owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Samfine Cloud Printing Technology Limited was established under the laws of the PRC for the purpose of expanding services, in particular, in printing and trading of personalized printing products.
2022 The Company was incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands as an exempted company with limited liability on January 20, 2022 under the name Samfine Creation Holdings Group Limited .
