State-owned Eximbank Hungary Pte Ltd. is a specialized financial institution which, as a member of the MFB (Hungarian Development Bank Ltd.) group of banks, offers financing, guarantee and risk-sharing products designed to promote the export operations of Hungarian enterprises. Eximbank’s mission is to improve the competitiveness of Hungarian exports of products and services, and to contribute demonstrably to the state’s policy of creating a successful export-oriented economy, while paying due regard to Hungary’s obligations arising from OECD and EU membership. Eximbank promotes the realisation of exports partly through the services it provides to Hungarian financial institutions and partly through facilities extended directly to Hungarian exporters and their foreign customers.
