PT Bank Mitraniaga Tbk is a national private commercial bank in Indonesia providing a full range of general banking services including savings and time deposits, loans, bank guarantees, transfers, clearing, bill payments, and safe deposit boxes. The bank has served clients through a branch network across Jakarta and Surabaya, catering to both retail and corporate customers. It commenced operations in 1989 after securing its business license and was incorporated that same year. In April 2019, it was acquired by the Industrial Bank of Korea and subsequently merged with Bank Agris, leading to its delisting from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. It was incorporated in 1989 and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
