PT. Media Nusantara Citra Tbk, also known as MNC, is a media company headquartered in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. It was established in 1997 and operates in the entertainment, media, and communications industries. MNC offers mass media and broadcasting services and employs over 10,000 people. They are the largest content production company in Indonesia, producing 20,000 hours of content annually. MNC also owns radio, print media, and talent management companies that support their core business focus. Their objectives, as stated in their Articles of Association, include engaging in general trading, development, industry, agriculture, transportation, printing, multimedia, and investment. MNC has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2007 and is currently the leader in Indonesia's television industry in terms of audience and revenue shares. They operate four out of the country's 11 free-to-air TV stations and own the largest content library, representing over 40% of the total content available nationwide.
