-The Registered Office changed from ( 0B 21/222 D, Asfaq Nagar Durgakund, Varanasi-221005 Uttar Pradesh, India ) to ( B27/92 K1 Jawahar Nagar Colony Bhelupura Varanasi-221010 Pradesh, India ) on July 05, 2023.
-The Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from “Greenhitech Ventures Private Limited” to “Greenhitech Ventures Limited on October 10,2023.
