This comprises two multi wire drawing lines to draw and anneal wires simultaneously; five bunchers for conductor and strand stranding as well as a rod-breakdown line for copper. The NIEHOFF enable the company to take up new projects for power cables with cross-sections up to 240 mm2 and a rated voltage of 1 kV with significant cost savings on already-running manufacturing equipment. Jainson is committed to manufacturing high-end, export quality products that conform to IEC, BS, UL, DIN VDE IS and other standards. The company specializes in the manufacture of Flexible Cables, Welding Cables, Power Cables and Submersible Pump Cables. Currently, the company has the manufacturing capacity of more than 1,50,000 meters of cables per day.
