Until the early 90's, the battery vent cap industry was made of small enterprises which were unable to provide the consistent quality that would make it match global standards vent cap performance. It was the vision of the Founder Shri Shyam Sunder Jaiswal that established SMJ Venture as a company engaged in Hard Rubber Cell covers. From a humble beginning in 1994, his vision has steered the company to its present leadership standing in the segment. His learned understanding of the market helped the company branch out into Battery Vent Caps which provided a giant leap for the brand name to become a trusted associate to many of the country's top Battery Brands. Armed with a success story Shri Jaiswal and his two able sons Rohan Jaiswal and Assini Jaiswal powered the company by adding new products to help achieve newer milestones. Manufacture of Dies and Molds for plastic Injection molding of Caps & Closures, Writing Instruments, Electric Goods, Home Appliances and Precision Components. Further the company launched Renewed- Micro Laser Welding services, specifically for Tools and Dies repair and then into CNC Wire Cut Services, Laser Engraving services, Precision Components and VMC Machining services. What started out as a humble venture in 1994 is today a company manufacturing more than 12 million Battery Vent Caps a year and growing.
