Darab cement co. is situated 35 kilometers from Darab in Fars province. It was registered in 1366 with initial capital of Five million Rials. With regards to executive dullness operation till 1374 due to problems and difficulties for providing currency and Rials sources, in 1375/02/17 according the respected economy council ratified it was assigned Ministry of industry through industry foundation co. to participate and continue the activity plan. After joining of industry foundation co to stockholders and providing required financial sources. The project was expedited and during 1377 to 1381 remarkable development noticed and in the first year of 1382 it was put into operation.
