The main activity of the company is the investment in shares, units of the Company, funds and other securities with voting rights of companies, institutions with working capital, investment with a profit-making purpose, so that ultimately with the intention of its affiliated persons, control of the companies that have taken over the father s work in the month of July, with the consideration of the investment in other securities that normally have voting rights and the right to choose the issuer to be controlled by the Iranian people.
The Company was Established as a Public Joint Stock Company under a Registration Number 26306 on 12 January 2006.
The Company Transferred its location to be in Tehran and was Registered under a Registration Number 627407 on 15 February 2024.
The Company was listed in Iran Fara Bourse on 6 August 2024.
With regard to the subsidiary activities of investing in investment certificates of deposits with authorized banks and financial institutions, investing in stocks, shares of mutual funds, investment units, funds with other voting securities of companies, institutions with investment funds with the aim of gaining profit in such a way that it alone, together with its affiliated persons, takes control of the investee company with an investment fund or does not become significant, investing in other assets, including physical assets, production projects and construction projects with the aim of gaining profit, providing services related to the securities market, including accepting positions in investment funds, financing the securities circulation market, participating in the securities underwriting commitment, guaranteeing liquidity, the principle of minimum interest on securities. Also, the company can, in line with the provisions and provisions of the articles of association, obtain financial facilities by facilitating assets, open a bank with Ostad Afshari, and import and export goods and carry out relevant customs affairs. These actions are only permitted if they are necessary for the performance of the company s activities and are not provided for in the regulations.
