The Company was Established as a Public Joint Stock Company on 21 March 1973 under Name Roof Concrete plant
The Company Changed it s Name on 15 March 2004 to be Shargh Cement Products Company .
The Company was Registed under Registration Number on 15 March 2004.
The Company was listed in Iran Fara Bourse on 21 December 2013.
