The main activity of the company is Establishing, launching and operating iron and steel factories and related units in order to advance and expand Iran s mines and mining industries in designated locations, carrying out steelmaking operations with various methods of smelting, casting and rolling of ferrous metals and producing various types of sections .
The Company was established as a private joint stock company and registered under number 362111 on 7 November 2009.
The Company was changed it s legal form to be public joint stock company on 22 October 2023.
The Company was listed in Tehran stock Exchange on 27 February 2024.
The Company Carrying out all commercial activities including purchasing, selling of commercial, technical, managerial, import and export of parts, equipment, products
and materials related to mines and mining industries, as well as distributing any operations that are in any way related to the above objectives, royalties and other commercial transactions of any kind .
Participating and investing in other related companies and institutions through the purchase or commitment of shares .
Designing, equipping, exploring and extracting from mines, mainly iron ore and copper and ornamental stones, and other related activities such as Construction and road construction operations, construction of facilities and operation of factories and mineral processing industries after obtaining the necessary permits-Carrying out any contracting operations including consulting, management contract, providing engineering services inside and outside the country that are related to minerals and industries and industries.
Carrying out all trading affairs and undertaking other operations that are directly or indirectly necessary or beneficial within the framework of the current laws of the country to achieve the objectives of the company or are necessary for the implementation of the company s activities.
The main activity of the company during the reported fiscal year is the extraction of iron ore from mines and the production and sale of concentrate, pellets, sponge iron and raw steel ingots .
