The Company is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the provision of electret capacitor microphone (ECM) chips. The Company s products include ECM junction field effect transistors (JFETs), ECM integrated circuits (ICs), transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes, electro magnetic interference (EMI) filters and radio frequency (RF) transistors. The ECM JFETs and ECM ICs are used as amplifier chips in microphone modules to transfer the audio signals into electrical signals. The TVS diodes are used to protect electrostatic discharges (ESDs) from electrical transient state. The EMI filters are used to protect data from EMI and ESD in high speed data transmission and have applications in liquid crystal displays (LCDs) of the mobile phones, camera modules and data pot interfaces The RF transistors are used as bipolar junction transistors for mobile communication products. The Company was established on October 22 ,1999. The Company share was listed on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ( KOSDAQ ) on November 20,2007.
